Our Kaolin Clay is a mineral taken from kaolin ore deposits in Western Australia. It it rated for Pharmaceutical use and is classified as free from organic contaminants.

Our Hibiscus Power is Certified ACO, USDA and EU Organic.

All our ingredients are sourced fresh from Australian Wholesalers.

Our Jojoba Oil is farmed and manufactured in Australia. Matcha Powder is grown and originates in Japan, and our Hibiscus powder is made from Hibiscus Flowers originating in Egypt.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and special orders.

We offer free shipping on all our bundles within Australia. Standard shipping rates apply for international orders. For smaller orders we have a flat rate of $10.00 within Australia and standard shipping rates internationally.

Yes. We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States and India. If you are wanting us to deliver outside of those countries please contact us. Although every care has been taken to make the customs process as smooth as possible, your order will be scanned and sometimes inspected by customs before allowing into the country. It will be your responsibility for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charges related to your shipments.

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns within Australia and if the products are unopened and not damaged. For more details about our returns policy, click here.

Yes! We'd love to help you spoil someone you care about! Leave a note in the delivery instructions on your order and enter the shipping address of the person who will be receiving the gift. We can write a handwritten message for you to make the gift extra special.

We use Australia Post for all our shipping in Australia. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days and usually take between 2-5 days for delivery to most places in Australia. For international orders please allow 3-4 weeks delivery.
